Redona Dedja is the founder of Albanian Yacht Crew and a professional with over 9 years of experience in the yachting industry. What started as a seasonal job turned into a passion and long-term career. After completing her studies in Speech Therapy, Redona decided to pursue her path as a stewardess on luxury yachts.
During her career, she has worked from the position of Junior Stewardess to that of Chief Stewardess, on yachts from 40 to 120 meters, traveling and working in various destinations around the world.
To share this experience and help others become part of this field, Redona founded this platform, which aims to provide guidance, training and support to young Albanian professionals who want to build a career in the international yachting industry.
