Redona Dedja is a passionate professional who discovered her love for the yachting industry at a young age. What started as a seasonal job quickly turned into a lifelong passion. After completing her studies, Redona decided to pursue a career in yachting as a profession. With a wide experience, ranging from a junior stewardess to chief stewardess on various yachts all over the world, she has built a successful career. To share this experience and help others become part of the yachting industry, she founded Albanian Yacht Crew—a platform for educating and training young professionals to succeed in this field.
